Nutritious slowly fermented 100% sourdough bread. In the scenario when your bread is still warm we may not be able to slice it even though you may choose to have it sliced.

Cypriot Traditional sesame bread, with a blend of family spices, coated with toasted sesame seeds.
Poppy Seed White bread
Combination of white flours with a mixture of seeds and poppy seeds in the dough.
Charcoal Bread
Crusty on the outside, soft on the inside and charcoal black to look at! This bread contains activated carbon.
