At Nomad Bread & Coffee, we’re more than just a bakery, we’re a labor of love, rooted in tradition, science, and the vibrant spirit of Limassol, Cyprus.

Our story began with a shared passion for elevating the bakery scene on an island blessed with rich history but facing a decline in authentic, flavorful baked goods.

As founders, we drew inspiration from the sourdough bread trend, a modern approach to tradition, grounded in science, while honoring the family baking heritage that shaped us. Growing up in a family bakery, two of our three founders were steeped in the warmth of wood-fired ovens and generations of baking traditions, igniting our dream to create something extraordinary.

Nestled in the city centers of Limassol and Nicosia, our bakeries reflect the nomadic culture of the region dynamic, ever-evolving, and deeply connected to the community.

The name “Nomad” embodies our commitment to seasonality, mirroring the island’s vibrant, ever-changing landscape.

Just as our specialty coffee is always seasonal and single-origin, sourced from around the world with unwavering respect for its origins, our breads and pastries are never static, always on the move, offering freshness and innovation in every bite.

From Farmers’ Market to Four Locations

Our Growth & Expansion

We started small, selling our freshly baked breads at the local farmers’ market in Limassol, connecting with the community one loaf at a time. Those early days taught us the value of quality, craftsmanship, and the trust of our neighbors.

With determination and passion, we took that foundation and step by step built our first retail store in the heart of Limassol, growing into the artisan bakery we are today.

Now, we’re proud to operate Four locations across the island, bringing our handmade pastries, artisan breads, and specialty coffee to even more customers in Cyprus.

With more locations on the horizon, we’re committed to sharing our passion nationwide and beyond.
